Food that is Good for each Body Type

Wondering what body type you are, and wondering to find food good for your body?


Below is the summary from Doctor Oz:

1. Kappa, with large shoulders and hips, is the largest body types. 
- What to avoid: sugars, salts, fats like Cheese
- What to eat: spices, herb, honey, veggies, old grains like barleys, lentils 


2. Pitta, with medium, muscular build, fast-digesting and always feeling hot 

- What to avoid: spicy, acidic foods, alcohol, coffee 
- What to eat: sweet juicy fruits, coconuts, white rice, cucumbers, leafy vegies


3. Vata, with dry skin, is the most slender body type and is hard to gain weight  

- What to avoid: raw veggies, dry or cold food, carbonated beverages
- What to eat: herbal supplement, warm cooked food and veggies, nuts and dairy
