My son does not like to eat vegetable, so here are healthy patty I made for him.
First, put spinach, mushroom, green onion and grind them.
Then, add egg, flour and either mushed tofu, grounded beef or even fish to add protein.
Then, mix and put it on the pot to cook them.
Another great mix is imitation crab and Zucchini and green onion. This also makes great tasting patty.
